Read Me First

This update resolves a shutdown issue in Windows 98 Second Edition, where Windows may stop responding if there are a significant number of mapped network drives on your computer. The larger the number of drives that are mapped, the more likely the problem may occur.

How to uninstall
Note Please save your work and close all open programs before attempting to uninstall this component. You will need to have your original Windows 98 Second Edition CD available to uninstall this component.

1. Click Start, point to Find, and click Files or Folders.
2. Search for 260067UN.INF.
3. Once this file is displayed, right-click on the file and choose Install.
