		Windows Me Help and Support Center
		  Click the Start button, and then Help. You'll find more help and support information than ever, including Assisted Support, which lets you submit questions directly to Microsoft Product Support Services. You can even upload information about your computer setup so that a Microsoft Support Professional can provide solutions more quickly!
		 
		
		Microsoft self-help
		 Check out your product support options  for easy-to-use self-help tools and a wide variety of technical information. If you still can't find the information you need, you can submit an Online Support Request. You receive two free support incidents with your purchase of Windows Me. Simply use the request tool to submit your questions to a Microsoft Support Professional. You will receive notification from Microsoft when your solution is available.
		 
		
		Standard no-charge support in the United States and Canada
		  If you're really stuck, you can always call a support professional. Remember, you receive two free support incidents with your purchase of Windows Me. (Bugs and documentation errors are not counted as incidents.)
