Notes:
- Base models include 32MB SIMM
standard.
- SIMM sockets must be populated
in pairs.
- SIMM sockets can be populated
in any order (i.e., SIMM sockets J13/J14 do not
have to be populated before SIMM sockets J15/J16,
or J17/J18 are used).
- SIMM socket pairs need to be
populated with the same densities, single or
double. EDO and Fast-Page Mode can be mixed
within the memory array; however, only one type
should be used per SIMM socket pair. For example,
SIMM socket pair J13/J14 can be populated with
EDO memory and SIMM socket pair J15/J16 can be
populated with Fast-Page Mode memory. If
different type of memory is used for different
rows, each row will be optimized for that type of
memory.
