/usr/sbin/rpc.pcnfsd is delivered as part of DEC OSF/1, in the NFS subset of
software. You should be able to install it from your OS installation CD.
There are also reference pages for it delivered with the system, and when
you set up NFS using the configuration script, you are offered the option
of running PCNFSD or not.
