SUMMARY: Random error while piping: "setpgid child:Not owner"

Sorry for the delay in producing a summary, I was out for some days.
I asked:

It seems that is a well known bug of the otherwise excellent shell
"tcsh".

Solution 1: Upgrade to version 6.05.00.
Solution 2: Uncomment "has VFORK" in "config.h"
