Where to find "sudo" or reasonable equivalent ?

    Where can I find a copy of "sudo" (or reasonable equivalent) for OSF/1
    2.1 (or V3) ?

    I'd like to be able to temporarily grant root access to users for
    certain activities, without giving out the real root password, etc.
