I am planning the purchase of some DEC Multia systems
for use as end user seats for accessing applications on
a variety of OSF/1-VMS-Ultrix-SunOS systems. I have an
'evaluation' unit with a 17" Trinitron monitor which has
performed very well but for my applications I need a
larger (19"-21") monitor.
The options available from DEC are a 20"(Shadowmask) and
a 21" (Diamondtron). I have no personal experience with
either of these monitors. Should I be looking at non-DEC
monitors?
If anyone has had any experience with either of these
monitors I would be interested in finding out how they
compare to the Trinitron based units.
