My original question:
I get the following message when I try to display Netscape, running
either locally, or served remotely on a DEC 3000/600 with ZLX/M1 graphics
accelerator running OSF/1 v3.0 and Open3D v2.4:
Unaligned access pid=22137 <netscape> va=140151004 pc=120257fec ra=1202571d8
type =stq
(many, many times in a loop with va incremented).
Entering uac p 0 before netscape eliminates the message and netscape works.
The program displays without error messages on all the other DEC 3000/600
workstations with an HX card.
Does anybody know how I can eliminate this without putting special
instructions on this workstation for all the users who want to display
netscape there?
