Dear OSF Managers:
Users logged in as anonymous ftp on my workstation (3000/400 OSF/1
3.0) can use "ls" but not "ls -l" or "dir", both of which produce the
message:
/bin/ls: Permission denied
I checked the required permissions as listed in the ftpd man page and
I seem to be within specs, but something does not track. Here are the
relevant parts of the directory hierarchy of /ftp:
