pop3d port available

There have been a number of problems with setting up pop under OSF/1.

A port of the pop3d daemon for OSF/1 running enhanced security is
available. The original pop3d source should work fine if enhanced security
is not being run.

Both the C2 port and the original source are available from

ftp://ftp.bf.rmit.edu.au/pub/src/pop3d

This version of pop gets the passwords from the shell account password,
and the mail folder from the shell account mail folder. Setting
it up required nothing more than adding a line to inetd.conf.
I'm glad I never realized that a version of pop was available with the
OSF/1 distribution, as setting up seperate password files, mail folders
etc. and keeping them in sync with the real world seems a real pain.
