If you are really going to take this advice and put "xhost +" in your
.cshrc file, then you might as well just shout to everyone who
receives this list mail, "I am going to let you see EVERY keystroke I
type from now on."
If I were you, I would take a few minutes to read, "Volume 8: X Window
System Adminstrator's Guide", by O'Rielly & Associates (ISBN
0-937175-83-8) in the chapter on Security, and see how X security
works and find a way to use "xauth" style access control instead.
This keeps you safe(r) in that only you can open X clients on your X
terminal/workstation.
