Mosaic 2.4 make fail under 3.0B ?

Dear all
        I re complier Mosaic 2.4 under new ver OSF/1 ( 3.0B )

        but it is fail ( both cc and gcc )

        (cc and gcc ) seems like same problem :

        HTML-PSformat.c:61: Xm/VaSimple.h: No such file or directory.


        how can I fix it? thanks!
