The procedure used to restrict memory used by OSF/1 to some
number <= the actual physical memory installed is;
1) perform an interactive boot
>>> boot -fl i
2) When the option prompt appears, type
vmunix memlimit=XXX
Where XXX is the amount of memory (in megabytes) you want
available. This value persists across reboots apparently, so
it has to be reset manually to the full amount once the experiment
has finished.
