Hello!
I'd like to thank to everybody who helped me with my first problem.
 There is the second part:

I have DEC 2000/300 AXP OSF 1/3.0 with slip connected to /dev/tty01. Modem
is ZyXEL U-1496. The slattach is configured:
   slattach /dev/tty01 19200
and /etc/remote is:
   UPJS:dv=/dev/tty01:br#19200:pa=none
Connection is working well, but sometimes (I don't know why) goes down. Mostly,
when the traffic is high, but not always. Only way to reconnecting is switch
off the modem.
My first question in this discussion was about error:
acerint: overrun error; status = 63
ace1:input silo overflow
The answer was that modem sends data faster than ALPHA can receiceve. Have
this error message connection with slip problem ??? What is the way to
correct it ????

   Thank you
