The answer, from two sources within Digital (Dr. Blinn & Alan Rollow),
is that Digital Unix (TM) does not yet support wide mode SCSI addressing,
so you can't get to the upper 8 device addresses (8-15).
I did determine, on my own, that you can get a full 8 devices (rather
than 7) by setting the KZTSA to use a SCSI ID of 8 or above. This leaves
all the Digital Unix (TM) recognized addresses free for peripherals.
