Loader control code for DEC TZ877 - new FTP site...

Hello all,

    Last week I announced the availability of some code that can control a
DEC TZ877 tape loader on an OSF/1 system. I have heard that some people
have had trouble accessing the files, so I've moved them to a system with a
better ftpd. The files can be found on:

                           moocow.niehs.nih.gov

in pub/loader-stuff/. Hopefully this will work better than the original
site.
