Hi,

Tried to run in.identd from build of pidentd-2.5 and 2.5.1,
fails each time. 'make' steps go ok, no errors or warnings
with 'cc'. But after modifying /etc/services and /etc/inetd.conf
        and HUPing inetd, problems.

First: telnet port 113 hangs, yes back to same host. No daemon
                running.

Second: comment in.identd out of inetd.conf, reHUP inetd. Run
                from command line as root:

        # /usr/local/sbin/in.identd
in.identd: getpeername(): Socket operation on non-socket

        Whats happened?

        Yours,
Duncan Sharp
