Summary: OSF 3.0 Accounting Functions

I asked:

        In order to generate usage reports that our management likes, we've
        been struggling with getting OSF accounting working.

        My question is:
        
                Has _anyone_ gotten OSF accounting to work reliably, generating
                data that they trust?

The response was a single "I'm very interested in what you find out; we're in
the same position."

Based on this, one can only conclude that no one has accounting working.
