1) The answer is right here:

You had a non-recoverable hardware error. In other words, the hardware is
broken and the kernel can't recover. You need to get your service provider
(for instance, Digital Services) involved to diagnose the error.
2) To the best of my knowledge, there is no "list of all the possible
machine checks and their hex codes". Machine checks are processor specific
and depend on the platform support code. There MAY be a list in some of the
diagnostic tools that have been developed by Digital Services, and of course
you could read the platform-specific support code if you had sources. But
to the best of my knowledge, there is no generally available document that
lists all the possible machine checks and their hex codes. If there WERE
such documentation, it would probably be available only under license, but
I'm speculating here.
