semaphore and shared memory parms

I just installed v3.2 on a 2100 and i need to check and maybe update the
following parameters:
        semmni
        semmsl
        semmns
        shmmax
        shmseg

the only reference i can find in the sys adm manualis a blerb that they are
System V IPC parameters....it does not specify how to view there current
configuration or change them.

help...........
