SunOS5.4 and OSF/1 3.2 using NIS & NIS+

I'm setting up a NIS[+] domain for a number of OSF/1 3.2 boxes and Sun's
running SunOS 4.1.n and 5.4.

I think my best way to do this is to set up the Sun's as NIS+ clients/servers
and run NIS+ in NIS compatibility mode so the Alphas can be NIS clients.

Anyone doing this? Got any comments/suggestion? Is NIS+ available for OSF/1 ?
