Update(not summary)-DEC UNIX 3.2 as nfs server to AIX/RS6000 stations

Hi,

Thanks to Jeffrey Lessem <Jeff.Lessem_at_Colorado.EDU> for telling
me that he has such working configuration with no problems.

I found out we didn't update the FDDI (DEFTA-FA) firmware,
so next step is to update it and see if this helps (probably yes).
