Hi all - a while back I submitted a query as to a port of the ISODE 8.0
for the DEC Alpha AXP under OSF/1 3.2. Someone pointed me at
isode-8.0-decosf1.tar.gz on gatekeeper under pub/net/isode. I grabbed
this and built it but am having several strange problems getting quipu to
work with our DSA (which we are currently running on the ISODE 8.0 under
SunOS4.1.3 with no problems.
For some reason, the ros.quipu I made on the Alpha doesn't like to load
our EDB file - it starts loading it, then tries to convert it to a new
version (even though I have updated the EDB file with the correct version)
and then dumps core.
Interestingly, I was able to get the sample quipu-db files distributed with
the ISODE 8.0 to load OK.
I'm not sure what additional info might help to determine the problem,
but I'd sure appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
