VMS to Unix printing migration

We are beginning the process of migrating our VMS print services to DEC UNIX.
However, many of our users utilize the /FORM option on VMS print queues,
which allows you to specify information for the printer to use to format your
printout. Is there a product or migration utility for DEC Unix that provides
similar functionality and if so, where can I get it?
