DUMP: no dump device.

After upgrading my 3000-400 to firmware 6.0, Digital UNIX 3.2a,
I get this message after a panic().

I notice a new env variable, DUMP_DEV which I haven't noticed before,
neither is it documented in the places I'm looking. I set it to DKA100
(my system disk), but it still refuses to dump.

Any clues?
