cc -migrate (3.2), and where is 3.2a?

1) When using cc -migrate -O4, I got missing symbols like _Ots_Move.
After nm'ing my brains out, I found the symbols in libots.a, which
appears to be part of the *FORTRAN* product. Am I the only one seeing
this? Why the dependency?

2) I've been told that my 3.2 distribution should have the 3.2a patches
within it, but I can't find them anywhere. Where exactly should I be
looking?
