1. use
dump -0u -b 60k -d 62500 -s 301292 -f $DEVICE $FS
with some debate among those who responded to my question
about the -b parameter (it ranged between -b32k and -b64k)
For DEC Ultrix (according to the man page the choice must be
under 64 (Ultrix 4.4)), whereas the man page for DEC UNIX 3.0
says "under 65". The man page says the choice should be
greater than or equal to 32 and a multiple of 4.
The -d and -s entries came from a manual for the TZ87
(which is a DLT2000).
2. It was also recommended that I clone the TZ87 entry and make
a DEC DLT2000 entry in the cam_data.c file. I did
this and also did a similar thing cloning the TZ877
entry for my DEC DLT2700 entry. The 5 spaces in
the two names were required as this is how my devices
identify themselves.
Thanks again.
