wais for OSF/1 V2.0 needed

Dear friends,

I am looking for a free WAIS client (and server) for our alphas:

OSF1 V2.0 240 alpha

I heard something about a patch that is necessary in order to install
freewais. Can anybody enlighten me on where to find patch and/or a WAIS that
works on my alpha?
