Who has open files?

    Is there a program available which will report what files are open
    and who holds them on a given file system? We are running OSF ver
    3.2 (Digital Unix). We have some file systems NFS mounted from an
    Ultrix box (4.3).
    
    Also, are there any utilities available for monitoring disk usage
    (io queue length, etc)?
    
    Finally, has an "internals" book been published for Alpha OSF/1
    (Digital Unix)?
