Dear osf-managers,

We have a system which has a large number of SCSI disks which are
run through LSM and then ADVFS.

Can anyone suggest how I can determine which particular file is
involved when I get a badblock on one of these disks?

                                   disk1 disk2
                        \ /
                         \ /
             LSM volume1
                           |
                           |
             ADVFS /home

For example, if I get a badblock on disk1 of 1234 how do I figure
out which file in /home is affected?

A second question I have is, if disk 1 and 2 are mirrored to disk 3
and 4, what happens when we get an unrecovered badblock? Does the
mirroring help at all?

Any help appreciated.

Regards
