PRINT UTILITY

We have many printers at different locations within our company. We are in
need of an easy to use and maintain print utility that allows users to select
and send files to the printers based on the printer location, type of print
language (PostScript, ASCII, HPGL, etc.), and features of the printer (color or
monochrome for example). Does anyone know of such a utility?
