Pathworks/NT

I am trying to use a Pathworks for OSF/1 server with a Windows NT (Alpha)
client. I have an FPA license for the client. The documentation for
Pathworks for OSF/1 says I can use a non-Pathworks NT client, but I
need the license responder and requester. Where do I get it? The
DOS license requester works under NT, but the responder, which is a
TSR program, fails with "illegal instruction". Do I have to buy the
NT client media just to get the license responder? That would be
absurd.
