pop mail and C2 security

Hello osf-managers.

I configured my dec3000 model 400 with enhanced security.
And now, i can't make a connection via EUDORA.
The pop mail seems not to be consistent with C2-security
Perhaps authentification is made via /etc/passwd file.
And now, there is Nologin instead of the password.

Has somebody encountered this situation ?
