Q: Perl-scripts for handling accounts under C2-security

Hi all

Some months ago someone responded to a question, that he/she had made
perl-scripts which were used to interact with the C2-management-tools
instead of the X-interface.

Unfortunately I have lost the response.
Can anybody help ?
