I have received a lot of good responses, and any thing is clear now for me.

I can summary things as bellow:

To add an SCSI disk which is SCSI-2 compliant, just type the following command:
   # disklabel -wr rz# anything_here
   Example:
   # disklabel -wr rz2 rz2
   You don't need to modify /etc/disktab or /sys/data/cam_data.c

You may modify files only when you add RAID systems.
