[Q]uestion: -------------------------------------------------------

I'm trying to setup two 2GB disks taken from a DEC vax recently turned
off for the very last time.

>From the console the disks show up as having a size of 2.0 GB and
type DSP5600S. I've also got some rz28, rz25l, etc. My question is
what entry in the disktab do I use for these disks. Do I have to make
my own? Also, I don't have any documentation on the disks.

I've tried this on one disk
> disklabel -r -w -t advfs /dev/rrz1c rzdsp
It's works but I'm not feeling too secure about it at the moment.

[A]nswer: ----------------------------------------------------------

disklabel reads the geometry of the disk, so I had nothing to worry about.
If I want to edit the partition sizes, I could use disklabel -e /dev/rrz1c.
