Second login cuts connection..(update)

Seems that it has something to do with the software licensing problem, as
most of them suggested -- particularly the OSF-USR license PAK.

What was bugging me, however, was that the system has been online for
almost a year now and out of the blue, this thing just popped up.

Doing an lmf list shows one of the entries as below:
OSF-USR active 8 0
