shadow passwords for DU 3.2?

I've wandered through the FAQ and the archives, but haven't found any
mention of whether it's possible to get shadow password files on
Digital Unix (DU) 3.2. I _just_ want the encrypted passwords out of
/etc/passwd - I'm not interested in all the other security baggage that's
offered in the "Enhanced Security" setup.

Have I missed something, and this is really simple?
