Hi Gurus :
I have some LAT printers defined under my system. I define a lat entry
in the wrong way. I mean with the wrong server name. The syntax of the
command I was writing was :
   /usr/sbin/latcp -A -p "tty_port" -H "server_name" -R "port_name"
I make a mistake in the server name entry and when I try rexecute the command
it replies me "port already in use". then I execute "latcp -h" (suppose
to down the lat service) and rexecute again the command and it already
replies me the same answer "port already in use"

Before , to solve this mistake, I define in /etc/latstartup.conf the
command line to execute (in the right way) and reboot the system. So
lat is working fine. How I can stop the lat services in order to correct
a mistake? How I can disable a used port to reuse it later under other
lat server?
