100 Base-T controller for DEC3000/300, 3000/400

Hi

Does anyone know if DEC 3000/300 and 3000/400 machines can
be upgraded from 10 base-T to 100 base-T? DEC says they
only make 100 base-T controllers for the newer PCI bus
machines, but they thought that other vendors might make
them for the older machines.
