Print jobs to a JetDirect printer are terminated.

I have been experiencing problems printing large files remotely
to an HP 4+ printer with a JetDirect interface.

Small files print fine, both text and postscript, but when I send
a large file, the output is truncated. There are no errors in the
printer error file, but the lpd.log file in /var/adm/syslog.dated/*
shows:

Sep 21 17:10:10 finch lpd[370]: pid=16243 (sig=-1,err=0)
