   The problem is that I install DMGMXR120 as part of the DEC migration
tools. This subset has an old version of the file /usr/shlib/libmxr.so. The
OSFBASE320 subset has the newer version. I reinstalled the version of
libmxr.so from OSFBASE320 subset and the problem is resolved.
