file size limit under osf/1 (oops, Digital Unix)

 does anyone know what the upper limit on file size is for osf/1 ?
  or is it just limited by the max size of a file system ?
  In which case, what are the size limits for file systems (ADVFS, UFS)?

  Are these settable kernel parameters?

  I swear I have RTFM (and perused system header files)!
