Has anybody got any experience/opinions with putting an INN news spool on a
filesystem on top of LSM? We're running OSF 3.0, and have 4+ GB of
disk that I need to decide how to configure. At first I'll only have
2 disks to use, but that may increase soon. I've read in the archives
about problems with News on Advfs disks, however I'm planning on using
ufs for the filesystem. I just don't know if LSM will be a problem.
Are there any performance impacts or gotchas I should know about?
I will summarize.
