 Hi All,

 It was pointed out my previous summary was inaccurate as the rule
 is fourth Sunday in October, which is not the last. So the correct
 rules for /etc/zoneinfo/sources/europe are

 Rule GB-Eire 1981 max - Mar lastSun 1:00s 1:00 BST
 Rule GB-Eire 1972 1994 - Oct Sun>=23 1:00s 0 GMT
 Rule GB-Eire 1995 max - Oct Sun>=22 1:00s 0 GMT

 I am sure someone else can explain why it is necessary to have contiguous
 rules right back to 1916....

 Cheers,

        Paul
