Decode mail attachment

My apologies in advance if this question isn't OSF-centric enough. I received
an SMTP mail message on my alpha with an enclosure that is encoded using
"base64".

      name="MOT102.DOC"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64

Is there anything on my system that I can use to decode this, uudecode doesn't
work.
