add a disk

hi osf-managers.

I have ever added a disk under osf but this time, this is an old disk (VMS)
RZ23L. It is recognized now by show dev and uerf -r 300 but I can't
use disklabel command:

/usr/sbin/disklabel -r rz3 for example -->

disk is unlabeled or /dev/rrz3a does not start at block 0 of the disk.
Can someone help me ?
