Hi Alpha Experts .
I have the following problem in AdVfs :
# df
Filesystem 512-blocks Used Avail Capacity Mounted on
/dev/rz0a 126462 85824 27990 75% /
/proc 0 0 0 100% /proc
/dev/rz0g 1543830 1138264 251182 82% /usr
domain1#u01 4000 1296866 0 32422% /u01
domain1#public 8386720 32 6772496 0% /public
domain1#utils 8386720 296638 6772496 4% /usr/local/bin/utils
After running fsck, It advised me to shutdown immeditely .
I rebooted , but this domain : domain1 still shows funny numbers in capacity
and availab.
I was running Oracle before that , tried to shut it down , but I have an
Operating system error : Quota reached on vol..
But there was never any space quotas or restrictions on this file system .
Now after shutting down and restarting , I am trying to startup Oracle :
SQLDBA> connect internal
Connected.
SQLDBA> startup
ORA-07308: smscre: write error when writing ?/dbs/sgadef_at_.dbf file.
DEC OSF/1 (AXP) Error: 69: Disc quota exceeded
Additional information: 2
SQLDBA>
So I can't bring the Database up again .
Any comments, suggestions how / why is this problem occuring ?
The problem is that
TIA for your help .
Deya
