 The best place is at a CTAN archive (CTAN = Comprehensive TeX Archive
 Network).  Here are a couple of CTAN archives which should contain a list of
 other CTAN sites in their ctan directories:

		 ftp.tex.ac.uk:/ctan
 A quick look with xarchie reveals that there are probably precompiled versions
 for Alphas available, for example at:
