I have been using pop3-d, but thought I would try popper to see if any of
my problems go away.
Question: I have both pop3-d and popper in my /etc/inetd.conf and
/etc/services files, but pop3-d has a # in front of it. How can I tell if
popper is the one running? My POP client still works. (I went ahead and
restarted the system after I made the change.)
Also...the INSTALL document for popper says to telnet to host pop3 to
create your account. I didn't do this, but it still seems to work, any
thoughts there?
